PROCESS

Leathers, skins and natural fibers are manipulated, reformed and worked by hand. Short batches of dyes are mixed and applied manually to each hide.  Pieces are hand cut and hand stitched exposing the raw elements and beauty of the materials.

Found and innate objects of the natural world are cast, metals are melted and traditional anvils and hand tools are used to form and finish pieces one by one.

Due to these hands on processes and the intrinsic nature of the mediums, each Ruby & Prankstar piece echoes its own uniqueness.
